Great question! Obviously, injera is predominant on both platters which we carefully prepared using locally sourced, organic ingredients. See below.
Cubed tender beef are cooked in a simmering stew of red onions, garlic and a traditionally spiced chili pepper stew. It is served with a side of cottage cheese.
Pieces of spiced homemade beef jerky and shredded injera are cooked in a traditionally seasoned butter and flavorful chili pepper sauce.
